No pages yet: add a first file.

A one-page fax is free and unlimited. From two pages, sending costs €3.99 incl. VAT, however many pages there are.

Short answer

An organisation often expects a complete file: the form and all its attachments, in a single send. This tool merges PDFs and images into one PDF. Every page stays editable: you can move it, rotate it or remove it before assembly. Everything is processed in your browser, with no upload; the file then goes straight to the fax form, or is downloaded.

Assemble your file in four steps

  1. 1

    Add your documents

Drop your PDFs and images, all at once or a few at a time. Each page of each PDF appears as a thumbnail; an image takes up an A4 page.

  2. 2

    Sort the pages

Put the form or covering letter first, then the supporting documents in the order the organisation asks for them. Drag the thumbnails or use the arrows, with the keyboard or the mouse.

  3. 3

    Remove and straighten

Delete a blank page or a duplicate, rotate an upside-down scan. PDF pages are copied without loss: the text stays sharp.

  4. 4

    Send the file

“Send by fax” opens the form with the file already attached. You can also download it to keep a copy.

One file, one send

Putting all the documents in a single fax keeps them from being logged separately, or part of them going astray on arrival. Add a cover sheet as the first page listing the documents and the total page count: the recipient can check at a glance that the file is complete.

Frequently asked questions

Are my documents uploaded to a server to merge them?
No. The merge is carried out by your browser, on your device. Nothing is transmitted until you submit the fax sending form yourself; if you download the PDF, nothing is transmitted at all.
What if a PDF is rejected because it is protected?
Some PDFs, often from online banking or government portals, are encrypted to prevent editing, so the tool cannot rebuild them. Open the file, start printing and choose “Save as PDF”: the resulting copy is no longer encrypted and can be added.
How much does it cost to send a multi-page file?
A document of two pages or more is sent for €3.99 incl. VAT, however many pages it has: ten pages cost the same as two. A one-page fax remains free and unlimited. Assembling the file is free.
Can I mix PDFs and photos?
Yes. PDF pages keep their original size, and each image is placed on an A4 page. You can, for example, slot a photo of an ID card between two pages of a form.
Is there a size limit?
The sending form accepts a PDF of up to 100 MB, which leaves room for hundreds of pages. If the file exceeds that limit, the tool tells you, and you can still download it.
